2022 AHS Incidence Survey

Thank you or participating in the 2022 Heartworm Incidence Survey.

 Before clicking on this link, be sure to gather the following information:

  • The number of dogs in your practice that were tested for heartworm.
  • The number of dogs in your practice that tested positive for heartworm.
  • The number of cats in your practice that were tested for heartworm.
  • How many cats in your practice that were diagnosed positive for heartworm.

Please submit only one survey per practice or shelter.

The results of this survey will be available in spring 2023.
